B1 Correction Map

Use the double angle method to compute a B1 correction map. Two images are required. Flip angles (FAs) are detected automatically and it is important that all other parameter affecting the contrast, e.g. TE, is the same for both angles.

Produces a B1 - correction map.The map represents a scaling of flip angles, hence value 1 indicates that the nominal FA is achieved.
